To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to serve as documentation
of successful treatment of migraine headaches by Tsun-Nin Lee, M.D.
I have suffered from migraine headaches for over
20 years and have actively been seeking treatment for the last 10 years.
I have seen several general practitioners, neurologists, physical therapists,
chiropractors and clinical psychologists and have been prescribed amitriptyline,
nortriptyline, doxepin, fiorinal, fiorinal with codeine, Midrin, Imitrex
(both injection and tablet), ergotamine tartrate and biofeedback.
No doctor or medication has come close to providing the benefit and relief
I have been receiving from Dr. Lee.
Prior to seeing Dr. Lee, I was having severe migraines
at a frequency of 2-3 times per week lasting a duration of 12-48 hours
and was receiving minimal relief from medication taken on a monthly average
of 9 Imitrex, 40 Midrin, 20 Fiorinal and 20 Fiorinal with codeine.
I began seeing Dr. Lee in July of this year for auriculo neural therapy,
auriculotherapy and trigger point injections and have also been receiving
physical therapy in his office.
Since being treated by Dr. Lee, the frequency of
my severe headaches has reduced to 1 per month with mild headaches occurring
on average 2 times per week lasting no longer than 2-6 hours and being
easily treated with a single dose of medication.

Please share this letter with any of your
patients who are trying to decide if acupuncture will eliminate their painful
situations.
In 1995 I was diagnosed with pancreatic insufficiency.
The pancreatic insufficiency required taking medically prescribed Creon
20 with each meal for the rest of my life.
During January – October, 1998, at your office, I
received at least two injection treatments per week from you for my muscular
headaches and/or pancreatic insufficiency. By June 1998, I stopped
taking the medically prescribed Creon20 – my pancreas was functioning normal.
By November 1998 I no longer had the muscular headaches.
During the past 12 months I have not had any acupuncture
treatments or experienced any of the symptoms which caused me to received
acupuncture therapy at your medical office.

Dear Doctor Lee:
Since October 1, 1997, after our car was
hit in an accident, I have experienced so much stress, along with pain
in my neck and arms. By the time I had my first appointment with
you, in late February 1998, I had received nineteen chiropractic treatments.
I felt so frustrated, because the pain and stress kept returning and had
caused me to discontinue one of my most favorite activities, teaching children
and adults with disabilities to ride horses. I had also temporarily
discontinued college, and just felt exhausted all the time. In one
month, under your care all of my symptoms were relieved, including the
stress. Thank you for knowing just how to cure this problem.
I only wish that I had this relief in October. I am volunteering
at the riding program, and back at college again. I also walk two
miles a day at the beach.

Dear Dr. Lee:
I am writing this day to thank you for all
the assistance you have given me regarding the treatment of my intestinal
disorder, Crohn’s Disease. Every other physician I have ever gone
to had only drugs to offer me.
When I first went to see you I was interested in
your therapy of working with points in the ear. I figured it certainly
couldn’t hurt! Well, To my surprise, I was able to finally get off
the low dosage of steroids I had been on for two ears. My health
improved overall with an increase in energy and a general sense of well-being.
Now, whenever I have a flare-up of my disease I come
